Aloha! I’m Hiroki Naito, raised in Kyoto. Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player, but in college, I discovered the calm and precision of the tea ceremony club. That unexpected shift led me to accounting—a field where focus and discipline are key. I became a Certified Public Accountant in Japan and spent seven years refining my skills at a major audit firm. Now, I’m excited to bring my expertise to Alakai, where I contribute to diverse projects with a global outlook. Outside of work, I’m also enjoying learning piano with my son, cherishing those small, irreplaceable moments together.

Aloha! I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Tokyo, Japan, with over 15 years of accounting experience in Hawaii and Japan. I hold a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Hawaii and am currently based in Tokyo. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Here’s a fun tidbit about me: I stumbled upon hip-hop dance at 21, and just a year later, I had the amazing chance to perform with my team on America’s Got Talent!
